Water transfer printing technology is a kind of printing that uses water pressure to hydrolyze the transfer paper/plastic film with color patterns. With the improvement of people's requirements for product packaging and decoration, water transfer printing has been used more and more widely. Its indirect printing principle and perfect printing effect solve many problems of product surface decoration, mainly used for transfer printing of various kinds of ceramics, glass flower paper and so on.
Heat transfer printing is a new printing process, which has been introduced from abroad for less than 10 years. The process printing method is divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing. Transfer film printing uses dot printing (resolution up to 300 dpi) to pre-print patterns on the film surface. The printed patterns are rich in layers, bright in color, changeable, small in color difference and good in reproduction, which can meet the requirements of the designer and is suitable for mass production. Printing machine processing (heating pressure) will transfer the fine patterns on the transfer film onto the product surface, after forming the ink layer and product surface into one, lifelike and beautiful, greatly improving the product grade. However, due to its high technical content, many materials need to be imported.
Thermal transfer printing technology is a technology that prints pattern onto heat-resistant offset paper and prints pattern of ink layer onto finished material by heating and pressurizing. Even for multi-color patterns, because the transfer operation is only a process, customers can shorten the printing pattern operation and reduce the loss of materials (finished products) caused by printing errors. Multicolor patterns can be mapped at one time by using thermal transfer film printing without color matching. Simple equipment can also print lifelike patterns. Thermal transfer printing equipment is used for decorating aluminium profiles and all kinds of metal plates, which can achieve the effect of wood products or marble. The thermal transfer equipment works according to the principle of thermal sublimation. It can transfer the required wood or marble grain to the surface of powder coating of aluminium profile in 3-5 minutes and penetrate 40-60 microns inside the coating.
Transfer printing process of aluminium material:
One is to use a film machine to roll the heat transfer film to the required size.
The second is to weld the cut transfer film into the package bag by ultrasonic welding according to the size of the workpiece.
Third, insert the worker into the package bag made of transfer film on the packaging platform.
Fourthly, the workpiece wrapped with the improved printing film is placed on the platform of the hot transfer press trolley, and 18 aluminium materials can be placed in turn. The two ends of the aluminium material are connected with vacuum taps and locked, and the vacuum switch is opened. At this time, the transfer film is tightly attached to the aluminium material. The car automatically sends the aluminium material to the oven. The oven automatically warms up 220 degrees and keeps warm for 3 minutes. The car automatically withdraws from the oven.
Fifth, loosen the vacuum tap and remove the workpiece.
Sixth, remove the transfer film and check the quality of the workpiece.
Lithographic heat transfer printing process:
One is to use a cutting machine to cut the heat transfer paper roll into the required size.
The second is to attach the heat transfer paper film to the surface of the workpiece and place it on the plate heat transfer machine.
Thirdly, push the plate to the heating zone of the plate heat transfer machine, press the dynamic pressure plate switch, press the hot transfer paper tightly on the workpiece, heat and keep it warm for one minute.
Fourthly, lifting the pressure plate, pushing the workpiece to the section, removing the transfer film, removing the workpiece and inspecting it.
Thermal transfer printing technology is widely used in electrical appliances, daily necessities, building materials decoration and so on. Because of its anti-corrosion, anti-impact, anti-aging, anti-wear, fire protection, outdoor use to maintain color unchanged for 15 years, almost all commodities are labeled in this way. For example, when you open the mobile phone shell, you can see dense labels with barcode inside. Many labels need to be able to withstand the test of time, long-term non-deforming, non-fading, can not be attrition due to contact with solvents, can not be deformed and discolored because of high temperature, so it is necessary to use a special material printing media and printing materials to ensure these characteristics, general inkjet and laser printing technology can not achieve.
Water transfer printing technology is known as a more environmentally friendly technology, but also the latest high-efficiency printing production, probably because it is separated from the printing ink in the process. Water transfer printing uses water pressure and activator to dissolve and transfer the peeling layer on the carrier film of water transfer printing. The basic process is as follows:

5) Transfer printing: the activated pattern is printed on the printed matter by water pressure;
6) Washing: Washing the residual impurities of the printed workpiece with water;
7) Drying: drying the printed workpiece, the temperature depends on the material quality and melting point of the material;
8) Spray finish: Spray transparent protective paint to protect the surface of the printed object;
9) Drying: The surface of the object sprayed with topcoat will be dried.
There are two kinds of water transfer technology, one is water mark transfer technology, the other is water drape transfer technology, the former mainly completes the transfer of text and photo patterns, the latter tends to complete the transfer of the entire product surface.
Cubic Transfer uses a water-soluble film that is easily dissolved in water to carry pictures and texts. Because of the excellent tension of the water-coated film, it is easy to wrap around the surface of the product to form a graphic layer. The surface of the product is as different as that of the spray paint.
